"I had quit a bit of health questions for the Doctor. She asked me which one was most important to talk about. Very unprofessional and dismissive. Due to appointments being hard to come by without waiting months had to try to all I could in at that appointment. Heck, it took 3 months to receive referral for a mammogram. Thank God everything was ok with that. The whole day and interactions with the staff with the exception of the lab tech was horrible. I will never visit this location again. Being given a choice of what I wanted to address about my health is why the mortality rate in black women are high, because we are not taken serious or heard. We have no faith in some medical institutions and medical providers, that we will receive good care. Do Better.........."
"Overall good care, just not as personable or attentive as I'd expected. Clean facilities and minimal wait times."
"I absolutely love the care and compassion of the whole Legacy crew! Hands down best mental health Dr's office in Houston."
"Dr was very prompt, listened, and very nice. Will be trusting her with my care in the future."
"This was my first visit at the Branard location. I usually go to the California location. When I arrived, they checked my vitals per usual. I explained that I have hypertension from kidney disease, and that the automatic b/p machine gives me severe anxiety and is always higher than when taken manually. The assistant said there weren’t any other options. That there were not any manual cuffs in the office. I declined to have it taken. When I went into the exam room, I saw a manual on the wall. I said to the assistant, “There is one right there. I’ll have the PA take it.” When it came time to discuss b/p, the doctor seemed peeved that I had not had it taken. Looked at the assistant as if it were her fault. So PA (begrudgingly) took it, and it was within normal range. I have never had any issues with requesting to have it taken manually. Anywhere. Sad to have this experience as all of my Legacy visits have been compassionate and understanding about my concerns."
