"The receptionist were very nice and helpful but I was dissatisfied with the medical service I received, as a matter of fact my doctor put in my visit summary that I was a 32 year old woman, I'm a man! of course errors are made but in there field those errors can be fatal you would think a doctor would try to be on point. I tried to change locations but the Kelsey seybold representative weren't very helpful but rude and passive aggressive except for the third person I reached out to file a complaint but her supervisor refused to take my complaint. all in all I will be contacting my insurance to inform them treat of their customers and looking for alternatives"

"What's the point of making an appointment if they're going to leave you lying in the room waiting. My appointment is at 10 and it's 11:26 and I'm still waiting in the room. Maybe that's why they charge you first so you pay and feel obligated to stay."
