"The front desk lady was extremely rude. I was asking about Covid information that did not pertain to me or anyone who’s been around me, but for a friend who was flying in and needed a place to be tested asap. The lady told me rudely that I needed to get out and gave no time for me to explain. I also felt people around me were startled by the nature which she was talking, as if the room was suddenly infected which of course gets anyone worried. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I also work for a surgery team so the importance of being safe means a lot, and I felt offended to be treated so poorly. Hopefully other patients will be greeted in a much better manner."
