I had to engage in a dispute with their billing department to rectify the situation. It's essential to remain vigilant to avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices."

"Extremely upset and disappointed. Bedside manner is non-existent. Needed a referral to a specialist after she found a mass. When she found the mass, no discussion, no explanation or reassurances. Just an emotionless response of, "I will refer you for a diagnostic exam. " Her office has sent an incorrect work order 3 times, and my appointment with the specialist is going to be canceled if they don't send a corrected one by 4pm today. with no option to reschedule for over a month. Don't know about you, but if you might have breast cancer, most folks want to know as soon as possible. No way to call the doctor's office. No one from the office calls to discuss test results or data. Zero sense of urgency, and extremely cold behavior towards patients. The only reason I didn't give a one star is the rest of the staff are very kind."

They charge me $200 for some services that I never received. And I had to go through the process, calling the company and explain the issue to resolve it. I asked the doctor a question and they bill me $206 for the question, and the problem, I never received an answer for that question. If you want to make your visit, make sure to get your zero dollars statement before you leave."
