"Vanessa is highly unprofessional and kept insisting that I didn't have an appointment scheduled. I showed them my email and then their excuse was it's not for a wellness exam. I said everything was taken care of online and I never got anybody to call and question my appointment. She said well we don't have time for a wellness after I waited 6 weeks for this appointment. I would stay away from this place as they definitely are not organized and their staff has no type of customer service skills."

"I was quite excited to find a new primary care physician in the neighborhood (rather than the medical center). I saw Dr. Rashid for an annual physical and Ms. Calais for influenza. Both were both professional attentive in person. I left multiple messages to get bloodwork results and to discuss a concern about my medication. I was very ill and nobody would call me back. I am very disappointed and will be changing doctors for this reason. If you care about your health (and your mental health), consider a different office."
