"Today was my son's first visit at this location. I'm very pleased with the service. Everyone was so professional and did their job to get me in and out fast. The nurses had excellent bedside manners.There was no wait time and they made the appointments to where you dont come into contact with other patients. I'm so happy I found this place. I recommend this pediatrics facility"

"Never again. Came in today because I’m pretty sure my daughter has an ear infection and I was trying to rush her here after picking her up from school. Upon entering at 4:33 I could tell the doctor behind the counter did not want to see us. She told the receptionist “this is the last one, technically we shouldn’t be taking anyone past 4:30.” It was 3 minutes past that... not like we walked in 5 minutes before closing. Then they asked for our insurance and when we gave it to them she said “oh, this is going to take time...” she looked at the doctor and she shook her head no. I snatched the insurance and said nevermind. Thanks for doing us a favor and showing us your true colors before we got our daughter back there."

"I took my kids to Sunrise/Sunset when my son was a newborn. The were recommended to me by my OB/GYN and Dr. Bonaparte did my son's circumcision at the hospital shortly after he was born. He did a good job with that. If you can see the doctor, it's great but if you get stuck with the nurse practitioner, get ready to age 10 years. Every time I took my kids there, the visit lasted 2 - 4 hours. They will call you into the room within 15 - 30 minutes where you will wait for about that long for a nurse to come check your child's vitals. Then you will wait as looooooooooong as they want you to. During the visits I would open the door, after the first 45 minutes or so, so they can hear my then 3 year old bounce off the walls in the little room and my infant scream. I would then stand in the doorway so that anyone passing would have to acknowledge our presence rather than stick us in a room like dolls on a shelf. I complained after every visit and ended up leaving them. The doctor is a good one but he was hardly ever there and the staff didn't have any time management skills. It shouldn't have been that hard to take a child to a wellness check-up."

"Dr.Bonaparte did a great job on my 2 year old son when he had an ear infection. His knowledge about kids made it easier for my wife and me on what to expect when kids have a temp over 100.Definitely would recommend for people in the area. They also accept numerous insurances."

"Just got out of there an hour ago. We went to our pediatrician first, but due to being a walk in they wont accept us because they were over booked. So good old Google pointed us here. The care here is amazing. Everyone is very patient with a sick, cranky, and sleepy child. After initial patient intake, we wait like 2 minute before seeing the doctor. The Doctor has exellent bedside manner. Calm, patient, joking with my daughter, trying to make her feel comfortable. His examination is very detailed, he is not rushing at all. I found out that the clinic is actually a pediatrician office during the day and urgent care in the evening. I am going to change my daughter pediatrician."
