"Billing clerk Delores is very rude. When your told an office manager Ms. Butler is over a doctor and she does not have a PhD that is scary. The new Dr. Williams is one of the best in all the years my grandbaby has gone there. I really think Diego and the nurse (can't think of her name) is awesome. Some visits I feel are just to collect money from Medicaid/Medicare and that is sad."

"I made an appt at 10:30 a. I left that office at 11:48 am. I honestly do not recommend this clinic to no one. I was called in the room at 10:55 then when i noticed i was there for a long time, i saw the time and it was 11:35 am. I was about to leave when i saw the doctor coming to the room. Now, she was a nice doctor, but the waiting time was HORRIBLE.. smh..i was late to work. they couldn't do my procedure i had to get done and wanted me to reschedule, but NEVER EVER again will i ever go to this place.. the lobby smelled like smoke and i saw a prescription pill on the floor, there was no toilet paper in the restroom.. sorry, but i've never experienced such a horrible clinic til now.."

"The wait at this Clinic is always horrible. My last appointment was 8-29-16. I called the doctors office for a refill on my metformin which I have been taking for 14 years. Today is Nov. 14th and they want me to come in which means I will have another co-pay. I have 2 weeks before I'm supposed to be seen by the doctor. I will be finding another doctor when I do my open enrollment a work next week. My meds are $4. SMH and not happy."

"The people are nice and friendly, but the wait is horrible. The clinic opens at 8am but the doctor doesn't come in until 10am. You could be the first person there at 8 and still not be called until 9:30. I don't even go there to see the doctor I go in for the Lipo injections which can be given by the medical assistant and I still end up waiting one and a half hours. If you need to get in and out quickly this is not the place to go!"

"This was aweful. Staff was very rude. My two kids had a dr apt at 11 a.m. by 2:40 they still had not seen a dr. When we asked the staff how long it would be they had no response. I recommend this clinic to no one even for a dying dog this is aweful."
