"My appointment was for 10:45. As usual, the doctor was late. As of 1:13 the doctor has still not come into the room to visit with me although I’ve been told “he’s coming” multiple times. I believe that the procrastination of the physician is the reason that the support staff is so stress out. Dr. Sheppard is used to patients only coming in for narcotics so he treats every patient as such. It is hard to get referrals for anything due to his lack of concern when patients are talking. I would not recommend any one with serious concerns for their health to become a patient. The only reason I am still coming here is because my insurance mandates that you pick a PCP and have that information on your card."

"Cons- I think the staff was a bit stressed as the lobby was waiting for them to show before they opened myself and husband included... I ended up calling an ambulance because no one could be waited on because there was NO DOCTOR available for all these patients... it was probably after 9:30 when I called 911 ...additionally this clinic opens at 9:00 am but closes very early everyday I don't think that even have a Physician there pass nooon.. .pros- location location location... this place is very close physically to where we live and he works ..this clinic also takes walk-in(s)... and if you ask them enough times they call in your prescription to the pharmacy you provide information."

"I have been a patient of this Clinic since Dr. Buscher owned it. I have never had a problem with any of the Staff, Doctors and Technicians that work there. Sure, sometimes it takes a while in the waiting room to be seen. Always try to have an appointment, and be on time for your appointment. Went in yesterday for a shot. New Dr. He is very nice and attentive. They are reorganizing the office and it seems to be working very well. They also have new staff in the front and some of the issues in the past are no longer an issue."

"I want to confirm what Angel wrote. Most of the administrative staff are a horror. And that includes the staff having some medical functions (e.g., drawing blood), who double in administrative work. They have absolutely no people skills, nor any indication that they even *want* to be caring and helpful. By all indications that is the furthest thing from their minds. The doctors themselves seem better, at least the one that sees me. He does have a bedside manner. And that is the only reason I am willing to put up with the admins. When I just wrote "doctors" that includes PA's (physicians assistants), that is, the one PA I always see rather than an MD, presumably because my insurance sucks. If you absolutely must attend this clinic, then take a deep breath and prepare for the worst when dealing with the admins. But if you can go elsewhere, I would certainly recommend that."

"Worst Customer Service from the front desk stuff ... There are two ladies at the front desk one of them Samantha, and the other is a blonde hair Leader I believe... They DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD... Very disappointing that I have to find another Physician just because of them. They treat people very disrespectful, not professional at all, I mean patients are going to a clinic because they are ill , not to get yelled or humiliated. I could give a 0 star if I could... PLEASE THINK IT TWICE IF YOU DECIDE TO GO TO THIS CLINIC, BECAUSE YOU WILL GET A NEGATIVE NOT PLEASANT ATTITUDE FACE IN THE FRONT DESK"
