"I took my dad here because he was experiencing pain on his face after being in a car accident. The lady at the front desk was rude and refused to see him stating that we needed an appointment and to call his family doctor. She stated that they’re not an urgent care. So if you’re not an urgent care then why have it as your name?"

"My son fell off the monkey bars and dislocated his elbow (again) so we stopped at the closest urgent care. We were the only people there. As I explained what happened, she looked at us and said she had to talk to the Dr. Came back and said I need to go to the emergency room… this is literally one of the reasons why urgent care exist but I honestly believe it’s because she assumed we can’t speak Spanish."

"Went in as a walk in, just as they stated they took walk ins waited about 10-20 minutes while she gathered some information, was called up told that she needed a hour to verify my insurance… was told she’d call back and let know when i can head back up to the clinic to be seen, i never received a call back. this clinic is unprofessional, they don’t care about there patients & dont care about the concerns of others, I’ll never recommend this place to anybody i get more help from a hospital than their unhelpful selves."
