"I wish I would have looked at these reviews first because they're accurate. I booked my appointment with Dr. Leka Gajula, I was called and told a day before my appointment that I would not be seen by her, instead I would be seen by a Nurse Practitioner at the practice. I was seen by Monica Miranda whose treatment was much less than professional. She initially presented kind but immediately became defensive, sarcastic, and rude once I began asking her questions about my health and the treatment going forward. It was as if she did not expect me to have questions about what she was telling me and was offended when I did. She pretty much stormed out of the room in the middle of my assessment. Bedside manner and ability to communicate effectively with her patient was terrible. I am very disappointed with this visit. From being misled about who I was going to be seen by, to the less than appealing office space then the unprofessional treatment from the Nurse Practitioner, Monica Miranda and the Medical Assistant Naveen. I would have given no stars if I could."

"I call them twice for help because Im having pain and bleeding after hemorrhoid banding. Been waiting for a return call but there is nothing. There is no doctor introduce to me. only the nurse practitioner does the procedure."
