"When we called to make an appointment for covid like symptoms the receptionist said they would be happy to see us. Once we arrived the doctor panicked and turned us away after he heard that we had been coughing. He then stated that he wouldn't see or treat us without a negative COVID test result, and that his clinic does not have testing capabilities. It sure would have been nice to have known we needed a test before we drove all the way to this clinic. The facility itself was run down and very dirty, with highly limited parking spaces. It doesn't even say Doctors Care Clinic, it's Clinica Hispana or something close to that. They also Don't accept insurance. I would avoid this place."

"I have been going to Dr. Suarez for almost 20 years! He is the one me and my mom trust. He takes time to listen to our symptoms, he explains patiently the treatment he is planning and it is always very attentive and cordial. He really cares about his patients. If you go there, you will be seen by him and not an assistant, so sometimes you might have to wait a little bit as he openly welcomes walk ins, but this is not a issue if you already know that. I highly recommend Dr. Suarez. His vast knowledge has helped me and my mom a lot in treating all sorts of illness."

"I am Colorado. I have only been in Houston for a month. I got really sick..I Googled an urgent care facility close to where I live. I went to this clinic and was well taken care of. Everyone was super caring and nice. The medical assistant told me he would take care of me and he did. I had a horrible cough. The doctor really knows his stuff..He gave me a breathing treatment right in the office. They took their time to care for me. They didn't rush me in and out. They were so kind. The lady staff member was also very nice. I appreciate all of them. If you are sick please go to Doctors Care Clinic. They really do care."

"SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO NON CASH PAYING PATIENTS. THEY DON'T WANT TO TAKE YOUR INSURANCE. I went to this place and when I walked in the first thing they asked is do I have insurance, I stated I do, they quickly started telling me they don't take it because my corporate office is in Louisiana, no here is the problem they didn't want to wait on me because I was not a cash patient. If you look at the reviews that is mostly what they have. All they spoke was Spanish so I could never get a clear understanding as to why they would not even check my insurance for coverage. But this says a lot about this place nonprofessional and only deal with their people. This is a totally low down underhanded facility. My bad for even stopping by. The doctor would not even check both of my insurances for coverage. Thank God there are other professional places and not doing underhanded so insurance is insurance...."

"I went to another Urgent Care center and they referred me to Doctor's Care Clinic so I can save money. I was very happy and satisfied with the service and level of care. When I arrived with my knee injury, I was unable to walk but Dr. Suarez and his staff took great care of me and I am mobile again. The prices was very reasonable and I will highly recommend this clinic."
