"the receptionists are very nice, but the doctor chatman is very rude, no bedside manner whatsoever walks in with a nasty rushing attitude acts like it's a problem to ask questions and goes back and forth with you like it's a debate I'm literally trying to transfer at 26 weeks into my pregnancy because I can't take it anymore, I've never stressed so much over a doctors appointment in my life until I came to spring Branch because I experienced the same thing at memorial he was the same way idk what there problem is but it's giving judgemental rushing stank rude like as a patient I'm just not supposed to ask questions so I can understand and feel comfortable with my care and birthing plan"

"It’s my first pregnancy and didn’t have any information on anything and the front desk secretary helped me in everything to register and help me get an appointment as soon as possible the doctor was able to squeeze me in the next day and the other secretary next to her was looking at canceled appointments to help me get in sooner. They both are very helpful and friendly the environment is so welcoming."

"They were very helpful and efficient even when the Hillendahl location had refused my appointment for being late four minutes. I got a same day appointment for 330 and was seen at 240. I was finished very quickly. They were so nice and welcoming all the ladies were. Thank you so much!!"
