"Don’t come here they have bad costumer service they treated me badly and gave faces just because I didn’t have a guardian like I understand but there’s no need to treat a consumer with disrespect but even worse i went back in and were waiting for my partner guardian to come and while I was waiting they called my partner and started asking who made this comment and was saying that it could ruin their job like if it was our fault that they don’t have a good attitude with people and plus the place is not even clean on the waiting room I saw hair in the floor and some stains but minutes later the called me in that same lady that was disrespectful to us called me in and took me to and office with her boss and started questioning about the comment with that same attitude being mad and saying I can’t comment because I’m not a client and saying that I can’t be doing this commentaries like I have freedom of speech I can say what I want and then she gave an apology but it wasn’t really an apology and honestly if they do this jus because we’re saying the truth about their costumer service it’s wrong they can’t js pull me in and close me in an office and start interrogate me js for a bad review like if they were the police and it’s not correct if you want to improve look at the comments and reflect on what you have to do best not interrogate people js because they have a bad review unbelievable"

"Don’t come here. I made an appointment, but still had to wait nearly 2 hours to be called back, and then another 45 minutes for the doctor to come in to talk to me. None of the staff apologized to me for the long wait. The entire place is so dirty with hair all over the floor, wallpaper is all ripped up and gross. Disorganized, and just awful. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money, and prioritize your health by choosing to go somewhere else."

"This clinic was my primary care clinic growing up. I went in for an appointment at 2:30 a few weeks ago, we wait for over an hour because all the walk ins were prioritized despite me having an appointment. A lady who missed her appointment gets called, wasn’t in office anymore. She then a few minutes later comes back in and gets called! Just be a walk in a clinic that point, my appointment was meaningless! My mother asks the triaging MA when was I gonna be called in, that it’s been an hour and he responds in a very rude way. I get in finally, the doctor disregards my concerns. I then get told I need blood work done and have to come back due to the phlebotomist leaving at 3. That’s why my appointment was set up at 2:30! This clinic has turned out very unprofessional and disregarding of patients and their treatment. I went into the clinic and expressed my care about my health regarding needing a gynecology and psychology/psychiatrist referral and the doctor just told me, call the number on your insurance card, wow! I went to UT physicians, expressed those same concerns and my new PCP had no problem referring me out and addressing my concerns."

"This office always has a new issue regardless of who is at the front desk. I’ve been scheduled for an appointment on a day that they closed, I’ve also been prescribed the wrong medication twice and I was advised to do a walk in on a day that the doctor wasn’t even in. It’s really ridiculous. I would never suggest anyone use this as their primary care provider nor Dr.Ryan T Thai."

"I came to this clinic about a year ago my mom referred me and I truly this it here. Everyone is so pleasant to the point the time being there is well spent and they really take care of you. There is this one lady she is the phlebotomist there and her name is Tina she is truly awesome I normally squirm and move around before they take blood she had taken almost 7 tubes and it was not an uncomfortable feeling at all. Barrera is also a very caring doctor she take her time with her patients and will discuss matters with you."
