"Great staff at all 3 facilities I visited that day. My only complaint is I had to go to 3 different sites due to items not being available and no one answers the phone. I do understand that it’s understaffed in a lot of healthcare facilities so we can only do the best we can."

"DO NOT recommend. Extremely unprofessional, I dealt with a Hispanic male who targeted me the entire time even accused me of lying about my test and if it wasn’t for his manager I would lost out on a 6 figure job!!! His last name is Robinson. I left that place crying. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was there for 4 hours and I had to BEG to get a rescheduled test because Mr. Robinson asked me to go home 3 times unfairly. God was with me tho. I was able to go back the next day when he WANST there and what do you know? EVERYTHING CAME OUT GREAT. Find another place. I am still shaking!!"

"I am giving this location on I10 in Houston 2 starts based off one employee. Every other employee there I interacted there was very nice. The two guys in the front. I was there for a drug test for a new job. I literally go in the restroom barely get my pants down before the lady tell me ok come out. I said I’m not done I almost am. She said ok. The 5 seconds later she says ok with whatever you have I. The cup is fine….she was very very rude. I have taken many of these test and never in my life experienced this. Tbh I would have made i big deal of it while I was there but feared repercussions and just wanted to get what I needed to done and get out of there. I Heard you can fail if not given enough urine. My collector was horrible. I hope the collectors of this location is addressed about how to handle clients."

"Extremely busy office right from the jump. I don’t recall his name, but the gentleman working the front desk on Saturday morning had the sweetest and calmest demeanor with guests and coworkers alike, and was a multi-tasking fiend. I was extremely impressed. Robinson was very kind and funny. Spent an hour there from start to finish with a full lobby. Hours are convenient."

"Staff were wonderful especially for how busy they were but wait time is beyond ridiculous. Therefore 3 stars. I waited 4 hours!!! And they require you to stay in the facility even if they know it will be a very long wait time. They need a better system for people needing physicals for their employment...maybe allow appointments instead of just having everyone walk in randomly and wait for an unknown amount of time. This also impacts loss of paid work hours especially for hourly paid and contract workers. I really appreciated all the staff who worked with me with during my visit. Good hard working people."
