"I must say that this is the best nicest ER in West Houston. Myself, my family and my co-workers come here with all of our health needs. What makes it so special is the dedicated warm friendly and super professional staff. Dr. Maps, RN Crystal Radiology Reggie and patient care Wendy made our latest experience a pleasant one. Memorial Village ER is great because waiting time is minimal. The rooms are luxury and high tech equipment. Everything is readily available and most of all affordable. Highly recommended"

"I had a great experience here last week! I was a little bit panicked going in - it was very late at night and my 2yo had croup. We were seen immediately and after Dr Kahn and Tricia assessed her (which was also almost immediately after getting our room), they knew EXACTLY what to do. They were so knowledgeable with explaining to me the symptoms and treatment plan. Within an hour of the treatment, my daughter was breathing normal again! She has since made a full recovery. I cannot thank my patient team enough - Dr Kahn, Tricia, Erik, and Matthew. Wonderful patient care and bedside manners! Will definitely be going again."

"I was treated here early Saturday morning, 6 May. For a severe strep throat. My nurse, Miss Tricia took the best care of me and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kahn is amazing. She is very thorough and detailed and doesn’t take chances with your health. Miss Kim came in and finished my care and discharged me. I love this place. We came back the same year on August 13 and had the same staff helping us. I can’t say enough about how fabulous they are this time. We also had a medical assistant named Eric who is top notch. My husband says their bedside manner is superb. Also, the front office when you walk in is very kind and welcoming. Brittney is the sweetest. The whole vibe when you come in as like a warm living room atmosphere. See photo below. We will be back if we ever need the services again. I highly recommend this place."
