United Rehab- Physical & Occupational Therapy

"This really hurts to write this review, my dad has been going to United Rehab for over 2 years, the relationships we have built there have been fantastic, their front office employee Sonya is professional and we have never had a problem with scheduling and or working with our needs for PT/OT….but something has changed, I have been trying to contact United since the beginning of January to get my dad scheduled for his appointments, no one answers the phone, no one returns messages, finally I went in and was met by someone I never have seen before and she could not answer any of my questions, my dad normally receives authorization for 10 visits she would only schedule 1 visit. I have tried calling back to get him on the calendar and still no one answers the phone. Where is Sonya? Whoever was at the front desk was not knowledgeable at all!! I asked her why no one is answering the phone and all she would say, I’m sorry that was your experience. Why aren’t the phones being answered, why are my messages not being returned. I need to get my father’s appointments scheduled. If he doesn’t have therapy continuously it complicates his movement due to Parkinson’s. I’m sad to say I’m very disappointed. I can’t imagine that the owners of the practice would be happy with how we have been treated. Do better."

From stretching to exercises to dry needling he offers many different techniques to help you alleviate your pain. Their front desk staff Sonya was always so helpful as well when I had questions regarding appointments and insurance questions. I would definitely recommend this place to others."

"For the pass 2 months I have been going to the Ur in7585 Kitty Hawk Rd suite 202 in Converse Texas I would like to thank Sonia for working with me and the the VA with my appointments and my treatment. I also would like to thank Dr Victoria Moreno and her staff for the great work that they do very professional and with great attitude. I went in with back pain and Sciatic nerve pain and today I'm doing much better thanks to your staff hopefully ill go back next year after I see my doctor from the VA in January. ..thank you for serving our Veterans Antonio P Tovar US ARMY!!!!"
