"Choosing a different pediatrician for my daughter, the experience we had at the office to see Dr. Girgis had a very long wait time and the Dr herself was always complaining of the front staff not communicating with her."

"If I could give Myriam Hinojosa 0 stars I would. Such a tactless human to be working as a doctor. My husband comes for a referral from his physicial therapist for X-rays and you have the audacity to say is unnecessary because he already had an ultrasound. Um, you do know they are different, right? The other doctor suspects this is not bell's palsy anymore, but how are we suppose to know now since for you is not neccesary. Not only that but you question him on what he has or not, when you should be clearly reading his file to know about your patients and not start questioning them when they request things from you as if they are making it up. Then the nail on the coffin, requesting him to pay $15 for the visit when his insurance clearly says DO NOT COLLECT AT TIME OF VISIT. You and your staff can clearly read. Please make sure to read correctly insurance cards and patient files that way you don't go into an appointment without any knowledge of your own patients. Needless to say we are not coming back and if I could report you to the board, which I know I can, I will. Horrible doctor"

"When you call you get routed to a call center. If you have any question is directly to the call center. I called to make an appointment at a particular location when i showed up, it was not at that location, the call center scheduled it on the other side of town. The doctors and staff in office are great. The call center is horrible!!!!"

"My Mother went to CentoMed on October 10, 2023. She was admitted to the hospital for her heart and lungs. She spent a week at the hospital. She was supposed to be seen by the CentroMed doctor. They have canceled 3 times. I suggested they canceled someone else's appointment that is not life threatening. They were rude and said they could give her appointment for November 15th. I asked where else could we take her but they were not interested in helping up. I asked if someone canceled their appointment to please call us. They said no. They said call in the morning. I'm disappointed and upset."

"I have always came here since I was smaller and have always had dr.gergis see me. I have not had many pleasant times. When I was 15 my mother took me to get a physical and I myself had told the nurse I was not comfortable changing into the gown and she told me I could keep my clothes on and still have dr.girgis do my physical. When she came in the room she asked how I was doing along with the following " why are you scared to get undressed? If I were a guy you probably wouldn't have any problem taking off your clothes." My mother who was in the room unfortunately did not catch what she had told me and at the time I did not know how to speak up for myself. I think back to that moment now wishing I had spoken up and talked to someone in charge about it. For a doctor to say something like that to a teen I don't think that was necessary and it was very unprofessional on her side. As far as I know she still works here as a doctor, I hope there aren't more women or teens for that matter having to go through something as I did."
