"I sought a primary care physician for my elderly mother and was referred to Tomball Regional Internal Medicine Associates. Despite my efforts over two days to contact the office and provide the necessary insurance information, I encountered significant difficulty. To my surprise, at the end of the insurance verification process, they requested my mother's social security number. When I inquired about this requirement, they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for why it was necessary to make an appointment. Requiring a social security number for a simple doctor's appointment seems unnecessary and raises concerns about privacy and security practices."

"Went there a couple of weeks ago and loved the place. I saw Dr Johnson for my pilot medical then saw Dr Sinatora the next day. My Doctor retired so needed somewhere to go. The parking was easy to use and space was no problem. Only a few minute wait, like less than 5, while I filled out paperwork. Office staff very nice and helpful. Doctors direct and to the point. Just a real good hassle free place the way I like it."

"I didn't give 5 stars because Dr Lang-Williams nurse has been rude when I have spoken to her. Other than that, I am happy with Dr. Lang-Williams."
