"I was hear for a clinical study through DM & Moderna. I fasted & consumed no coffee prior to my arrival. They had me sit in a windowless room for over an hour before I finally asked what's going on? Obviously they forgot about me. Also I was not properly screened for the study. To their credit, they apologized, but by then I was too annoyed to continue. I believe these studies can be a benefit, but the participants need to be treated better."

"The doctors are super knowledgeable and the staff is friendly and competent, even while being intermittently harassed by patients. Their offices are comfortable and clean...kind of decorated to feel welcoming. They've been my family's doctors for over five years and I've never had a single issue with getting a prescription filled, getting blood drawn or tested, or with them being closed when they're supposed to be open. They are extremely kind and solicitous professionals, and I'm assuming those who've left bed reviews were maybe just having bad days? And settled for taking it out on their doctors?"
