"The waiting room was full but my appointment was at 1 and I got there a few minutes early, I checked in and sat down and not even 5 seconds later I got called to come back. I only needed blood drawn and the Lady that was helping me was extremely nice and gentle. I come to the Tombal location for that reason alone. I've never had an issue coming to this location and all the staff is nice and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes."

"I just experienced the rudest staff. I went in and the tech told me she needed to scan the order, that’s it, no questions (I didn’t have anything to scan). I left and called my wife who went the first time. I went back and knocked 4-5 times. Someone finally came to call back someone who had an appointment (I already had mine). I told her I had a question and she rudely told me I was in the way of the door, like, “you’re in the way. The door, can you move, I can’t open the door.” I was trying to ask about my appointment and she just wasn’t even going to listen but tell me I was in the way. I said I needed to talk about my appointment and she told me what time it was (condescendingly). After more discussion someone else came who seemed more in charge. Her tone was again pretty rude. Didn’t want to help, just trying to find why I was wrong. They finally realized it was for my child and the order was in the system after all. They reluctantly brought me in. I couldn’t believe how rude and condescending they were when I was trying to be nice. They didn’t make ANY effort to help in any way. Couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were."

"Everyone was professional, respectful, compassionate, and helpful, but Kimberly was exceptional. She treated my mom with dignity and respect. It is difficult to get blood from mom, but Kimberly was able to do it without sticking her more than once. Even though it took a long time for mom to give a urine sample, the staff didn’t rush us. Instead they were reassuring and supportive. Thank you to everyone who assisted us today."
