"Horrible business practice, weather got appointment canceled and they won't reschedule for three more months. Glad to see patients health is not important. Will be filing a complaint with board and bbb. If we did the same thing we would be charged...."

"My advise would be to find another place to go!!!!! Had an appt at 3:15 and arrived at 3:08. They told me that I needed to be there 30 min early because I was a new patient, however I’m not a new patient but just have not been seen in awhile. when I made the appt, I guess they saw that I had been there before, because at NO TIME was I told “you will need to be here 30 min early because you are a new patient.” So I asked if I was going to be seen and they said I had to have all paperwork completed by 3:15 and since there was so much of it I would have to wait until the patient after me was seen and that it would be a long wait. No thank you…. What doctor won’t see a patient because paperwork isn’t completely filled out before an appt…. I could have started the paperwork and finished it after. I guess paperwork is more important to them than their patients health."

"I appreciate the courteousness of the staff, that lab results are reported out timely, and that calls are returned within a more than reasonable time. I saw Dr. Ibe - she was patient, thorough in her explanations to our questions, and considerate when we were going through the just received difficult news that I suffered a blighted ovum. By far the best obgyn care I received since relocating from Indiana to Texas."

"We arrived for 2:35 for our 2:45 appt. At 3:00 I asked my sister if I misheard heard her when she said her appt was at 2:45. She stated that I was corrected. At 3:04 she goes to the front desk and sits back down. She doesn't get called back until 3:27! Almost an hour of waiting, well pasted our appt time, they finally called her!! Meanwhile, they were people that checked in after us and were seen before us.. Why have patients even make appts if you're just going to make them wait and not even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience?! At this point, I'd rather drive an hour away to be seen somewhere else, then to wait an hour! It's ridiculous! And do you think they care? No, they don't. This is just a job to them!"
