"Went for a visit about possible ear infection and fatigue. Nurse wouldn’t let my wife come back with me, she’s a physician assistant and wanted her to be with me. Then the nurse was rude and sarcastically said to put on a mask. When I asked why, she wouldn’t answer. Never stepping foot in these doors again. Visit was on 6/13/23. This is absolute ridiculous- terrible medical service. If the Doctor won’t allow the wife to go back with the husband AND is still requiring patients to wear masks this is NOT a good practice. Go somewhere else."

From my first visit, I felt comfortable because the office is very professional with an easy-going vibe about them at the same time. I really like the fact that he aims to improve your health with a holistic approach. He listens to your concerns and keeps it real. He and his nursing staff are always very efficient and thorough. I'd highly recommend his office to anyone looking for a PCP."

"Have been with this family physician for almost 2 month. In my option, the doctor is OK and the nurses are highly trained. No questions about their service behind the front desk, but here is where I see the issue. It is almost 2 month now that this office did not approve my diabetes medication and the pharmacy is getting no reply from any of their requests. Had another issue with them a couple of weeks back when I approached the office without appointment as my daughter had very high fever and wanted medical advise. I just could not pass the front desk. Overall, I need a medical advise when I have issues not when I am healthy, so appointments for month in advance defeats my purpose. Maybe I don’t understand how the system works, but it surely does not make sense to be registered with an office that’s not providing my medication when needed or is not available when I need them too. I find myself in a place now where I might have to leave this place because of the non-medical personnel."
