"(Update 10/19/23 nothing has improved) It's hard to describe the staggering incompetence of this place. They have absolutely no respect for you or your time. They act like we don't have jobs and kids and we can just come here two or three days in a row to accommodate their lack of ability to do their jobs. Whenever you email your doctor someone else who has no clue what they're talking about will answer you and give you misinformation. They tell you a time to come in and get your medication at a specific time, you'll wait in the stupid car line for an hour, and then they'll say "oh it's not ready come back in an hour." This is only a small sampling of the stupidity and insanity I've encountered at this "clinic" over the years. If you have the option to go to a different clinic I strongly recommend you do so."

"It has definitely changed alot over the years since it was opened & of course since covid. I like that you scan your military ID at the kiosk at the front entrance & it gives you a ticket depending on why you're there. Most of the staff is friendly, not sure why some are always in bad moods or grumpy. It's sorta hit or miss with the staff that are non military. Love the new drive thru for the pharmacy just wished the hours were longer & they should give out the real phone number to this facility & not the CAMO appt line that they have listed. When you call they can never help with what you need because they are not located at this facility."

"I would like to commend and thank provider D. Stephenson. We haven't had a provider assigned to us in forever. I have been seen by provider Stephenson since the provider assigned to us left so long ago. Provider Stephenson is the best! She is very thorough, compassionate, patience and cares about her patients. I wish, we can be moved under her. Despite being very busy, she is always very friendly kind and professional. "I attend physical therapy here. Mr. Byers is awesome and so are the therapists. However, I always seem to have a rude welcoming by the scheduler at the front desk Ms. Bell. I don’t know why people get jobs where they have to interact with people just to be rude and unwelcoming. She really sets the tone for a negative experience every time I have to check in with her. Not one warm interaction with her."

"I too have not a good review even after being told, “you are the perfect patient.” Some of my visits required Ft Sam Specialists. But get caught in the meat sandwich between the Pharmacy and the treating Physician wanting a different form and explanation for the new script- totally unprofessional. I too feel I’m being moved out because I took my complaints to the Administrator still without resolve. The admin contractors who get you signed in lack in people skills; arrogant. My PA is an excellent person whom is one of the only reasons I consider returning. Otherwise I wouldn’t go. Lastly, it’s obvious the Military Medical System is in a downward spiral because they lost funding of thousands of medical practitioners and personnel. We are all headed to the abysmal VA tank of more proverbial wait in line systems you hear about in the commonwealth countries. The socialist wait and wait system. I truly wish I had better words, but I digress."
