"Staff and providers are very friendly, but they are limited based on the business model. There can be anywhere from 1 to 6 other patients receiving treatment at the same time with occasional observations by providers. Went here after my 1st knee replacement (2nd surgery on that knee). There was no manual stretching, and LOTS of time on repetitive movements that had very little bang for the amount of time I did them for. Now having had my second knee replaced 2.5 months later, I am at the therapy clinic through the hospital. Each session at my new PT starts with biking and then manual stretching of the joint. I'm not just given a rope and left to my own devices. Someone else doing the stretch gets much more in depth than one can get on theor own. My range of motion two weeks post surgery nearly matches the knee that's already had 2 months of therapy. Each session is based on where I'm at that day and pushes me a little further. I wish I would have switched clinics when my gut told me there should be more personalization than what Green Okas was able to give with their business model. More about getting people in the door and billed than maximizing their recovery."

Julianne’s treatment plans have been providing me with the pain relief needed. Each treatment is personalized for my medical needs and I can feel the improvements happening. She is so attentive to my needs and concerns, as well as awesome to get to now personally as well. Our mornings go by quickly, between treatments and great conversations. The clinic has a wide assortment of tools and equipment needed for any conditions a patient may have, so I highly recommend Green Oaks! And their location is wonderful in Midlothian."
