"Wow! My daughter has been seeing Dr. Huq as a patient for awhile and I choose to continue to see him because I thought his bed side manner was good however just called the office and he answered, “Hello”. I had to ask is this Dr. Huq and he answered “Yes, I am with a patient call after lunch” (I think he said that, I wasn’t for sure so I asked, “after what?) but he just hung up after saying what he said. He didn’t even have to answer the phone if he was busy but the disrespect had caused me to certainly seek another provider. It is very bad communication here as well. Follow ups don’t happen when it comes to test results or other care needs are delayed at times. I believe this is unprofessional."

"During our visit Dr. Huq and staff were attentive and through. The Dr. took the time to attend to both of my child’s needs, explain treatment options and appropriate follow up steps. Medication were immediately sent to the pharmacy and all calls/messages answered. The administrative staff at the front was highly welcoming and attentive with calls, follow up on receipt of prescription, etc. I highly recommend them."

"I went in on Tuesday close to closing time. Lacey, the receptionist was fantastic. She is so friendly and made sure I was OK bc I was having chest pain. She got me checked in quickly. Tina the nurse is so nice and made me feel comfortable. She works alone and bounced from patient to patient with ease and really enjoys helping her patients. She went above the normal for me. And Dr. Huq is beyond amazing. He listened to me. Eased my anxiety and made sure that the proper tests were ran. I have found my new Providers. Finally."

"I booked an appointment online and arrived a few minutes early. When I was trying to check in, the receptionist that was attending to me, was on a personal Group FaceTime call paying more attention to them than to what she was doing. Doing that even when the other lady was trying to show her where to go in the system to find my appointment. I gave her my insurance card and license and went to sit down to fill out paperwork. After a few minutes she hangs up the FaceTime call telling them she had to go because she had a lot of work to do. Almost 30 minutes passed and I was still waiting. I finally got up, got my cards, and left. The receptionist was nowhere to be found. I feel like if she was going to be on a personal call like that she should’ve excused herself. If it was going to take that long and I hadn’t even even called back yet, I should’ve been told that. The front desk is the face of the company. And let me tell you, it’s not a good look."
