"I showed up for my scheduled appointment but doors were all shut! Could only get in touch with someone at their call center who was not very helpful with rescheduling or anything for that matter! I needed to get my veins taken care of so ended up going to the vein clinic of Dallas just down the street. So far it's been great - the doctor is excellent and he has wonderful staff."

"The operators who run the main number for all the clinics need better training. They drop calls when transferring, when you finally get to a department (billing or scheduling) it’s still not a local clinic. They scheduling person didn’t know answers to basic questions and then told me my dr left the practice and needed to reschedule my appointment. I was the one who called and it was just a couple days before my appointment so when were they going to tell me? The billing person said they couldn’t give me an estimate of cost for my visit when I’ve gotten that multiple times before. The lack of professionalism is sad and at the clinic it’s not that much better."

"Bought out by USA vien clinics, they have destroyed three local offices in Texas including the one in Flowermound. I spent six hrs waiting for a service I had scheduled a month and a half in advance due to their buy out. The Dr. And staff are great but wont be there much longer due to this company's poor transition and lack of caring for patients."

"Magdala was helpful, knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. Rachel was informative and very clear on how procedures and processes go. She even gave preventative education — above and beyond care. The front desk receptionist/aid was personable and made things very comfortable giving me a snazzy pair of blue paper shorts! :) The lady that helped with my billing and checking out — was very knowledgeable about insurance and explained the codes. She wanted me to know in advance what sort of financial commitment that I’d be making and how much I would need at each appointment. My experience was more than pleasant. I also noticed that have water in the waiting room and the facility was very well kept — I’m a sticker for cleanliness. I recommend this team to all women and now that I know one out of three women have vein disease, I highly recommend it!"

"They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have gone in several times. They are always friendly and helpful. The procedures are practically painless and don't take long at all. I love the girls who work there. They are talented, professional and put you at ease. I highly recommend the Flower Mound Vein Clinics of American. Great place!"
