"Each time we have our appointment, we then get a letter stating that our doctor is leaving!! We’ve been through 3 in two years! It’s insane and now we can’t even get in where we want to and they want to send us to Mansfield! No thanks! Do better!!"

"Three months ago I scheduled my appointment for a physical. And I am now receiving a phone call …actually a voicemail call that says my new patient appointment is canceled because that clinic is no longer accepting new patients. I have to arrange a lot of things to be able to go to the doctor. I have 2 babies under 2 and have to arrange ahead of time. I have requested a manager to call me back although I doubt it will do any good. They don’t deal with patients and don’t really care. My husband is a patient there but definitely will not be back. We will not be going to a Baylor clinic ever again."

"I was just told by customer service it is there policy to charge a new patient fee every time you see a new provider. Even in the same location. Even if they fired the provider you were seeing. This is scam money grabbing behavior. I went in today for an appointment. I was informed that I was being charged an extra $100 because they scheduled me for a new patient appointment. I have been coming to this office for almost a year and did a new patient appointment with his nurse practicaner. Apparently the nurse practicaner had left the practice so I have to pay extra to see someone else. I asked them to fix the problem. Angelica, the front desk girl next to the girl helping me, then inserted herself to be incredibly rude and try to blame me and my insurance for the clinic's mistake. She told me only the Dr could solve the problem but refused to even ask him to come talk to me. She then told me I needed to go sit down and wait so she could help others when they had not resolved this problem. I tried to take a picture so I wouldn't forget her name, even in that she was snotty. I was also told if I didn't just do the appointment and pay the extra money I would not be able to be seen at all! I finally just canceled the appointment and I won't be back to any Baylor scott and white facilities. I tried to call the corporate number and couldn't reach anyone. I had to leave a message. I'll update if they even call me back."

"You never get to see your PCP and when you do they are running behind. The wait is exhausting and I was the only one waiting. Front desk person is pleasant and accommodating but you still have to sit and wait."

"I started out here with Dr. Adrienne Kicza and now I have Dr. Kelsey Walker. When Dr. Kicza left I was sad because she’s an amazing doctor but I wished her well with her new calling. However, she never failed me because she left me in excellent hands with Dr. Walker she is also an amazing doctor. Thank you both for being a part of my health life, again I say, I am in excellent hands."
