"From the getting the appointment setup to getting my exam done, communication was great!! I was able to complete all of my documentation prior to arrival which made the check in process seamless. I was a bit nervous. However, the lady at the front desk reassured me that I can do it and I’ll be okay. They both were sweet. Now Lori!! She was amazing. From the moment she called me back to the end of the exam, she made me feel so comfy!! She was funny, walked me step by step on what was going on, what to expect out of the exam and she was nurturing. I highly recommend this location."
"The technician Brian B. was phenomenal! It's so refreshing when you meet someone that appears to enjoy their job. Friendly front desk service and PROMPT! I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO OPEN MY SCHOOL WORK, before I was called to the back. By far the best MRI experience I've had, and I've had a lot. Were able to send me home with disc with less than 2 minute wait. They also got me scheduled for the MRI quickly, even had Saturday hours if needed. Definitely recommend!"
