"Absolutely HORRIBLE! I don't know what's going on with this place! I own a home maintenance business. I and my employees definitely hurt ourselves more than the average person. I have a 30+ year history of always paying my bills at CareNow. I am here now with a piece of metal in my eye. They refused to see me unless i paid a bill for my last visit that insurance did not cover. if i had a history of not paying my bills, maybe i could understand. But a 30+ year patient/customer being refused service with metal in his eye over a $300 bill? Absolutely unprofessional and inhumane treatment of a patient in pain!"
"The whole experience was a great one. The girls up front were so helpful and kind, the nurse was very sweet and also kind, and the PA was absolutely precious. She took her time and made me feel like she truly cared. I will be back should I need medical care again."
"I wanted to leave this review because it is not often a person has an amazing experience at a walk in clinic. I stopped in at CareVide with my family recently while on vacation. We were traveling in the car with my children and pets and I found myself incredibly ill. I found them on the map, called the office, and they helped me schedule an appointment at a time I knew we would be passing through. After I arrived they had me fill out paper work and a few minutes later they took me back to a room. The waiting room was packed full of people, so I was thankful I had thought to schedule the appointment in advance. Anyone knows that going to a walk in clinic without scheduling an appointment ahead of time takes hours upon hours to get through. I appreciated having this same day option. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I ended up having flu A and Covid. I’d had them both for so long the doctor was worried I had developed an infection. She was so tentative. Her bedside manner was incredibly sweet. At one point I heard her comforting a woman outside my door who had hurt her hand. I was just so impressed. She gave me advice on what to do to treat my symptoms and wrote me a couple of medications. At this point I don’t think I had slept for days because I was so miserable. Her advice worked! I just wanted to tell her thank you for being so great. I haven’t seen a lot of compassion in this profession these last years. If I remember correctly she was “PA Davis.” Give her a pat on the back for me please. Thank you for what you do."
"To get an appointment was great but the wait was long once I got there. I did all my paperwork online and I arrived at least 30 minutes early to make sure I was on time but still was not called back until maybe 15 minutes after my appointment time which was okay but after seeing the doctor I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes just for discharge. All of the staff was nice and friendly they was just running short of help which made them have longer wait times. I would have given him five stars but two days ago my husband I had to take him there the waiting area was not clean used Kleenex everywhere. And then when I went yesterday it was still use Kleenex everywhere and to sign in they had clean pens and used pens it was no clean pens out to sign in Sanitation is important to me so the sanitary of the waiting area is the only reason why I gave them the three stars because I understand about the shortage and a longer wait time so maybe if you have some staff to go through periodically to make sure the lobby is clean and you have clean pens it'll make people feel better well it will make me feel better when my husband went it was fast friendly service they were properly staffed but the only problem was still the sanitation of the waiting area."
"Checking in online was a quick and easy process. I received a call from the team when they received my information and just as they promised, I receive the text message to advise me that I can make my way to the office. While I was there, I waited longer than I expected. However, the staff was very welcoming, pleasant and nice. I will definitely continue to go there if another emergency happens again."
