"0 stars for the front desk. For a customer facing position,customer service is severely lacking. I dont like being ignored and not greeted when I walk in. Especially when your waiting and watch other customer's who look different from me get greeted and well received as soon as they walk through the door. Let's find a way to do better here guys I'm not rude so I didn't cause a scene,but it was noted 3 stars because the doctors are always friendly and helpful"

"Went in from Denton to see if they could assist me with my wrist injury. Was turned away because my family member's dependants list was updated a week prior and hadn't registered in the system. I had documentation proving that I was a dependant, and wouldn't make any effort to help. Also it was completely empty and they were on their phones when I went to the window. Very unprofessional."

"Went in for shortness of breath. gave me meds. Didnt completely kick it. Called them back because the DR said she would prescribe something else if it didnt take care of it. She had one of her nurses call me back and say they didnt feel comfortable prescribing me any more meds and they couldnt help me any longer?? I did everything the DR said and she gave up because I didnt just have a common cold. Wont be back."
