"I would not recommend this office. I was a patient of Dr. Wagners/Texas Health. The staff is terribly unorganized, rude, and unresponsive. I switched providers at 24 weeks and it has been the best decision. Many times I’ve called to speak to a nurse about issues I was having, never got a call back. The nurse practitioner Shannon is very unprofessional, rather than answering my questions in office she referred to me an app to tell me what medications are safe for pregnancy. The list goes on and on with the problems that I experienced at this office. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"The staff is very rude I went in for a regular natal appointment and the nurse who showed me to my room was rude, it doesn’t feel welcoming even the one who took my blood didn’t really engage much even if you spark up a convo. It feels like they just come to get a check and that’s it. Only people who showed me some hospitality was the one receptionist in front."

"I was referred to see a gynecologist because I passed out twice while alone with my two children. Dr. Zwernemann told me I have fibroids but that they were not serious and said I don’t need further care. Do not go to this office if you are a BLACK woman. They will do nothing to help you and don’t take your life or the safety of your children seriously."

"Make sure you ask about costs for any and all consultations. I was billed for some lab work that I was informed ahead of time I was going to receive a bill for. I paid it and was told by privia that the amount I was about to pay was not the full amount and that I was going to get another bill for an over the phone consultation. I was never told about this charge by the doctor herself or the staff, and the reason being because they didn't even know I was going to get billed for it directly. I called and there is nothing they can do since Dr, Wagner already submitted the bill to my insurance. Sneaky is all I can say. I liked this doctor, until finding out they try to bill you without you having any knowledge of the charge."
