"Dr Badylak…this review is from 15 months ago. Just now able to do this without all the anxiety. He did a hip revision for me prior to this surgery and it was great so scheduled the replacement of R Hip with all the faith. Woke up from surgery knowing something was wrong. No one paid attention. Had blood transfusion days later no reason given as why needed. Never saw him in person again. Not until I ended up back in his office 1week later to be taken back into surgery to repair/clean up the mess. Still not clear what happened but I went from just needing a replacement which I had done twice before on other hip to now having permanently nerve damage all from this with Pain Management dr for my lifetime. Never saw him again only PA’s that did not know what to do or how to help. I would not recommend anyone to go to Dr. Badylak. Too busy getting people in and out of surgery. He has lost all personal contact with patients. No empathy or real concern to do what is in best interest of patient. Extremely disappointed in Dr. Badylak and the difference in attention between my first surgery and second one. I felt very sorry for his PA’s and what he put on them to handle outside their area of expertise. He should have been there when things went wrong not them. My life is change forever from this in so many ways!"

"Dr. Badylaks team is absolutely amazing! My daughter has been several times due to several different injuries. They are very detail oriented, and care about their patients. I was having issues getting my daughter an MRI and Vanessa was there every step of the way to see it was done. I can't enough good stuff about this office!"

"The receptionist and Nurse were friendly and understanding. However, don’t expect Dr. Payne to respect your time and don’t expect any privacy for your appointment. I was brought back to a room at a decent time but I waited in the room for an hour+ past my appointment before the doctor came in. I could hear him chatting and laughing with his coworkers right outside my door. I know because he came in and told me some of the same stories. There was clearly no remorse for being that far behind. I could also hear every part of the appointment next door and the nurses conversations in the break room. I’m fine with Dr. Payne’s evaluation of my injury. Just don’t expect a timely visit and don’t bend over backwards to be 30 minutes early like they ask. (Although their new patient forms do take that long to fill out.). They won’t return the favor. When I left, the people in the waiting room were obviously upset about their wait time too. So, good luck and bring something to do while you wait. P.S. Don’t expect a call back when you leave a message. I called on two different occasions and for both times I just ended up driving in there to get my questions answered."
