"This is one of the worst psychiatric experiences I have ever had in my life I’m not worried I can find another one, I just I can’t with this place ima just be honest, you either listen to my review or take everyone else’s at face value. I saw Dr. Q for years did everything I was asked to do. They don’t even have a proper phone number to call they only text and “email” they started around 12 doctors and NP’s and are down to 2 everyone else left. You can try and call and call but you wait for hours or it disconnects. All because I was honest and said there was inconsistencies and the therapist they provided which took forever to get in the first place I didn’t want. I said I would find my own therapist on my own they dropped me through a text message no call no visit to even explain here’s meds go find someone else. I know multiple people that have reported them to the board and all ima say is karma because when your so honest and forthcoming and all the doctor does is make excuses and is just petty. The only reason my experience with them was even remotely good was because of someone else who is no longer with them I don’t wish any ill will towards anyone but…. Take my advice have nothing to do with this place."

"Wonderful Dr. Quiones, very attentive and concerned about my mental healthcare and medication management. I’ve been a patient for several years and haven’t had any issue with my medication or appointments. Staff is wonderful and communication is great anyway that’s comfortable for you. I enjoy the opportunity to speak with my doctor from the comfort of my home without having to travel, it’s convenient and a great option if you want to stay healthy mentally and continue to stay on track with your mental healthcare."

"This place is a scam according to BBB they are no longer a business and can't be reached, yet when you call they choose to communicate via text and the recording has no indication of business stopping. They are even taking referrals. They abandoned us as patients causing me to lose a months pay because they were unresponsive to my claims company"

"I don't even know where to begin... The person that they have checking people in over the phone always has a screaming baby. Totally unprofessional. Not conducive to the anxiety condition people have that are trying to make them better by dealing with this place. Everything with this Center is done over the phone, I doubt the physical location here in Fort Worth is even open. They're based in San Antonio.I HAVE NEVER ACTUALLY HAD AN IN PERSON VISIT!! IN OVER A YEAR. They very rarely answer the phone if you call them. They have an automaton and an infernal hold tune that goes on forever. I just got through being on hold for 2 hours today. No one ever answered. This is not the first time at all by far. Do not count on any therapy. Count on them simply dispensing medicines. I have a $120 credit, they have refused to issue me a refund. The reason for the credit is they charged me $20 copay for six months of treatment that they should have been giving me for a $0 copay, per my insurance. Their online patient portal is horrible. They never respond to messages. I have never had any response to any messages I have left in the past. It is useless."

"I made an appointment in mid January. The first available appointment was today February 1. When I made the appointment in January I was assured they would send me paperwork to fill out. I checked my inbox and my junk folder multiple times daily. Over the course of two weeks, I contacted IKare and told him I have still not received any paperwork to complete. I was assured each time they were sending it. Today, February 1, I called to cancel the appointment and tell them why. I was informed I would be charged $50 for cancellation less than 24 hours. When I got home from my walk this morning, there was a message from IKare wanting to check me in for my 10 AM appointment this morning. Over the last two weeks I have probably spent an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone. I will certainly let my PCP know how I how unhappy I am with this referral."
