"Unfriendly. 1pm appointment. They ask you be there 15 early to fill out new patient paperwork. Arrive early - they are having lunch, and rudely tell you to sit and wait until they finish lunch at 1. Get taken to the room at 1:30. NP is supposed to call in a new BP medication. BP is sky high. 2 days later the pharmacy still doesn’t have a prescription called in. I have called the office to inquire and still no prescription and no communication. A complete waste of my time and insurance money and even higher blood pressure."
