"Can never get ahold of anyone. Phone rings and rings and then you’re on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever picks up the phone."

"Everything is on their time and when everything is convenient to them. They do not care about anyone who comes into those doors, or calls on the phone for that matter. This is supposed to be a place for resources for those who need it and they don’t even provide adequate customer service."

"This place does not care about people with mental health. For them it's just a job for us it's life or death. They moved pharmacies and told Noone! I've been out of my.meds and nobody will answer the phone or help me. Like what are we supposed to do!?!?! This isn't fair, I never can get the help I need! Smh"

"I just want to know why this Clinic lied and said that My medication was ready for pick up but it wasn't. I have really bad anxiety and physical medical issues but obviously they do not care. Now I have to miss a month of meds until I see the doctor again. Very disappointed in this clinic and hope to stop service with them soon"

"So far this has been the most terrible clinic that I have ever been to. I was transferred here from Jennings place rehab and it has been a hard struggle trying to get intouch with anyone. I've been calling for 2 months trying to get recertified for benefits but they will not answer or check their email. I cannot get an appointment scheduled until they update my benefits. I am running out of meds and it doesn't seem like they care about my situation. I feel regretful for choosing them as my clinic and hope that my mental health will be taken seriously next time I chose a healthcare provider."
