They released a large quantity to him knowing he has uncontrollable behavior"

"I love Renata but when my husband called to refill my meds, the pharmacy tech was rude and said “you should have called a week before you ran out.” That was very rude and condescending considering that I had just had my appointment in my person and my meds were refilled. We were just wondering where they were because I desperately need them and they still aren’t here. Also, no one told us about this new system prior to my appointment? We would get my medications from a pharmacy usually the same day after seeing Renata so we were unaware of this system change until my actual appointment which was a few days ago. Also when we call to refill my meds, they are filled within the same day. That was really rude of the pharmacy tech. Also during my last appointment, Renata was working from home and no one from this facility bothered to call me and ask if I wanted a phone appointment instead? I had to take off work just for renata to not even be there. This isn’t Renata’s fault. She’s great."

"This place is usually great, my doctor Renata is nice and very helpful, but my complaint is with the new phone service, why did they open up a call center where the don't answer and when they do they are rude as hell. We have slight problems we're no crazy we shouldn't be treated rudely. We deserve the same respect as any normal person."

"A little concerned here. My wife has been seeing Dr Prejean for a couple of years now. She was referred by the VA because to them she was just a number and they did very little to help her. She loved Dr. Prejean's supportive nature and what he has been able to help her with. Last week she received a disability update letter from Social Security Disability requiring update information for her benefits. She was planning on filling it out but wanted to ask Mr. Prejean a couple of questions on a particular question. This is a time sensitive document and her next appointment with Dr. Prejean was not until after the form was due back. So she called MHMR and the person she spoke to said she could change her appointment from August 12th to June 23rd. I took off part of the day on the 23rd to get her down to MHMR. On my way home another person from MHMR called and told my wife that DR Prejean does not fill forms and they would not let her see him today? WTH? First off No one ask anyone to FILL OUT A FORM!.. You wait all this time until the day of the appointment you agreed to rescheduled to drop that little nugget on her?? That's just sad. Very unprofessional people! Again.. no one ask them to fill out any forms! There is a reason people come to see the doctors there. Having been neglected by the VA medical community for so long she has been lacking trust with the medical community, I am afraid you have proved her right in her mistrust... unbelievable"
