"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Less than 2 minute wait time for my appointment. With no one else in the waiting area, I didn't feel like I was contracting something. Exam was thorough and there were good questions and dialogue. I did not feel like I was being rushed in and out. Definitely a positive urgent care experience. My only disappointment (surprise) was that there was a "convenience" fee ($50) for booking/using FW Concierge Plus. This fee is paid at the facility and has nothing to do with care or insurance. This was not relayed to me over the phone. However, I did see it on their website after the fact."
