The woman working drive through was kind, patient with my complicated order, and had a smile that would bring you back. Should have asked her name to put it in. Either way this Smoothie King location is the one you want to come to."

"On 2/15: I went through the drive thru in Kyle & ordered 4 smoothies, 2 being the same. Your employee Marissa got 3 out of 4 right. Mind you 2 were the same in which is the ones she was not able to comprehend. Watching her finally make the last one she was talking to a guy working with her shaking her head and throwing the blender lid not once but twice. I specifically asked for an angel food cake smoothie add cocoa and peanut butter with NO banana & this may have gotten her upset but I told her 5 times there are 2 of them the same just like I just ordered. Finally when I tried to pay her for the one of them she handed it to me and closed the window. So. Even though she gave me 4 straws and only charged me for 3 she rudely didn’t even want to discuss the additional cost for the 4th one she missed and so I drove away. I know it’s been a week or longer since I have gone there but I did want to make a review so you know about Marissa C and her unfriendly self. I found the receipt with the info and date and wanted to reach out. Thank you."

"This is my go-to place when I want to fuel up with a smoothie! They have a variety of smoothies to choose from and a lot of additional options to give your smoothie an extra boost! They always provide excellent service and make the smoothies FAST! They also have a drive-thru behind the building. I also utilize their app to build up reward points for discounts and you can even setup your credit card to automatically pay when you use the app when you order. The only reason that I didn't get them 5 stars is that I don't think that it's appropriate to ask if you want to leave a tip with your order. On some level, I agree with the person who wrote about their tipping experience. Having a tip jar at the window is fine, but I'd really not like to be asked if I'd like to leave a tip, especially if I don't even know who is making my smoothie. Other than that, Smoothie King is still great in my books!"
