"Called to try to make an appointment for my Parents and was helped by Sharon the whole time was very rude and was upset when I asked her for the names of the doctors bc I was looking for a specific one she didn’t want to give them to me and she said that she couldn’t Tell me the doctors names so I could see if they accepted my parents insurance. If she doesn’t want to help and act all irritated when helping people maybe she should get another job!!! Called the diamond hill location no wonder why no one wants to go to jps"

"One thing I love about this please they do not waste your time, once they give you an appointment you will know that in less than 30 mins you will be able to see the doctor after the nurse completes the primary process. Staffs are good and the nurses are friendly and kind and very active way different then the main clinic in the main hospital. You park right close to the entrance and walk in to the hospital. I know they do not have all everything you might need but they are good at what they have."
