"What drew me to Health 4 U clinic was that the office takes Healthy Texas Women insurance (not many in fort worth who accept this insurance) and what kept me there was April Tolbert. She is the best OBGYN that I've had in the seventeen years I've needed an obgyn. She's been my OBGYN for about five years. She's extremely informative and makes sure you know what's going on with your body, how to better care for yourself, what to expect with any conditions you have or medications prescribed. On top of all this she REALLY LISTENS and goes the extra mile for her patients."

She's funny, kind and made me feel comfortable. I also appreciated that there was a bible scripture on the wall of the room that we were in. "Dr. Tolbert made me feel comfortable. She took her time to get all my history correct before moving on with anything. I loved that process, shows she cared and wanted to do things right by getting to know about my medical background first ( I've never had a dr ask me all the questions she did, it's a good thing) She is very polite, informative and so helpful. I recommend this office overall. Receptionist is very nice and sweet as well and just a reflection of the dr. I like how they have protocols for everything. We just follow them and should be easy! "This people are so unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment Thursday. And then I get a call on Monday. 2 hours before my appointment, that they needed to cancel my appointment. Absolutely unacceptable. Actually. I offered to pay CASH for the appointment since their excuse was that “I was a new patient and my insurance needed to get verified first” so your reply is a lie! Be more accountable for your actions. Actually, you are the one who is misinformed. I have paid CASH on multiple occasions when the provider was not able to verify my insurance right away. And then submitted a claim with my insurance company for reimbursement. Very simple and common process. How uneducated and unprofessional to accuse a client of being misinformed, when they actually know exactly what they are taking about. But I see now why your staff is so incompetent, it’s clearly a direct reflection of ownership. Also yes, I can assure you I will never be a customer of your awful clinic. And yes, I have since found another provider who meets my very simple and reasonable expectations. It was quite easy, actually, since yours couldn’t have set the bar any lower."
