"Google as usual has their Intel screwed up. If you Google violla Pitts pharmacy hours it will lead you to the viola Pitts center and say it closes at 7pm. The pharmacy actually closes at 5 pm. And like everything else with the jps system you cannot call any clinics or pharmacies direct. You have to go thru a call center which is extremely time consuming and irritating. I spent 20 mins on hold last night trying to speak to a human"

"This place is a complete mess. Last resort of health care. Takes 6 weeks or longer for follow up appointments. Impossible to get in touch with doctor via my chart or phone. My dr is fabulous but the rest of the staff does not care . I tried to tell them they are having phone issues because I had to call almost 10 times to even get the automated system. The guys response was I been here 6 months thats never happened. ok, I’m just letting you know, lol and they call and hang up.( been happening for weeks) My doctor noted it was my phone.(it’s definitely not)Anyways , if you want to wait forever and have little to no communication with your provider go here. Again my doctor specifically is fabulous, but this place does not care or focus on the patients like the drs do. Im not trying to be a karen or hateful it’s just a shame what medical is like here in the US if you don’t have a lot of money. Only gave it 2 stars because I think my dr is great. Or I would of gave it 1"

"Monica in the JPS Connection Department is fantastic. You can tell she cares about patients! The JPS emergency room needs more people like her. I've been to this clinic multiple times and mostly pleased with staff. The behavioral health staff is good as well. However some psychiatrists will try to med you to death and are not that great of a listener. Kudos to the empathetic staff though!!!!!"
