"We got Theatre 7. Desperate need of renovations. Outdated NON-reclinable seats from the 90s with holes, their "IMAX" screen was so sad and questionable. Screens are small in comparison to the Regal Edwards at Marqe off the Katy Fwy. Sound quality was horrible with peaking in the highs and muddy rumbles in the lows. Not to mention the hassle with parking which is now valet $$$... dont even bother. Either that or struggle to find parking a block or two away like us. Even the popcorn was stale LOL. This was honestly the worst experience at a movie theatre."

"I hope they renovate soon! The entrance is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. This movie theater is in such a great location, but the seats and bathroom were in dire need of cleaning and upgrades. During the movie you could hear the extreme bass from the movie next door. It just doesn’t live up to other AMC theaters and experiences."

"This was hands down the dirtiest theater I’ve ever been too. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in months, maybe longer. Plus after fee and taxes, $34 for two tickets and there wasn’t even reclining seats. The seats looked like they had been slashed with knives. Will not be returning."

"Convenient location but definitely needs some renovation inside. Seats had holes, restrooms were dirty and audio wasnt great. Parking is horrible since it's in downtown. Everyone was friendly but definitely needs better management. I still like coming here since there's usually not many people. The location is great though ."
