"*** Update: the staff has gone above and beyond to show they really do care to make things right. I look forward to my 2nd appointment in March. I have changed providers there though. Everything was great except for the fact my medications were not called into my pharmacy. I told the staff at least 3 times I was out of medication and to please call them in. Finally the day after my visit I called your call center extremely upset and crying and begged her to have someone call in my medication. This was my first appointment with you. My second isn't until next month. I cannot be without medication that long."

"Called to verify appointment from a call made to me. They didn't have any information about me. Finally had a first time visit. NP was thorough. Had to have blood drawn. Worst experience I've ever had. Experienced shooting pain, tried twice and unsuccessful. I was told that I needed to relax, which I did and was made to feel that it was my fault that the blood couldn't be drawn. Confusion regarding having lab to be taken at a quest diagnostic. No one could answer any of my questions after making several calls. I was given the impression that Oak St. Health, care about their patients and that's why I switched from where I was going. This place is not for me. For seniors, it should not be this difficult and confusing to have an appointment."
