"Ok. Front desk was ok. Very quick to register you in and call you back into the room which is why I gave it 2 stars. Staff was great. It was my 1st visit trying to get established there. Dr. Jennifer Nguyen kindly introduced herself "very quickly" and sat down and just typed away with barley any eye contact. I felt rushed thru my appointment and when I asked questions she was so sarcasticly answering my questions as if my questions to her were dumb. I'm a patient not a a medical student. I will not be returning. I recommend she be more compassionate with her patients and not rush through her appointments. Slow down a bit."

"I absolutely love Dr. Nguyen and her team; the front desk support is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite a 45-minute commute, I make the journey for my medical needs simply because I value the entire staff."

"I needed a PCP and found this one since it’s close to my job and home. I have had such a great experience so far. Front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming! My Dr is also very sweet and answers any concern or question. I have no complaints at all."

"I wanted my doctor's office to be close to home and this USMD office is right down the street, but convenience alone is not enough of a reason to want to stay here. 1) You have to play the telephone game to actually speak to the office staff regarding appointments. 2) If you have billing concerns as I did, the automated system will keep you on hold 20 minutes or longer before actually speaking to a human. Once you do get a hold of someone, they will probably tell you that the billing issue needs to be addressed with the office, so you'll wait even longer to get a call back. 3) Some of the recent charges have been inconsistent and I called to dispute the claim but never heard back. They surely would have sent it to collections had I not followed up weeks later. 4) USMD seemingly implemented a dramatic increase in price for basic office visits without telling their patients. When you have a high deductible insurance plan, it's quite helpful to know this in advance so you can anticipate the expense. The office claimed it was billed using the same internal code as previous visits, but I referenced my older claims and the number is NOT in fact the same (up-charging?) No real issues with my doctor, but dealing with the USMD network is painful and I could not honestly recommend this clinic to people given my experiences. I will be searching for a new primary even if it means driving a bit further."

"I’ve been going to this office for years. I’ve never had an issue till these last couple of years. Front desk is not friendly at all. The nurse practitioner Krystal (I’ve seen her more than once and has always acted this way) I saw today made me feel so comfortable, as soon as she walked into the room she looked like she didn’t even want to be there. She never looked at me when she was talking or even seemed to even care. She needs to change the way she is if she’s going to be working with people. Show some compassion. It doesn’t hurt to smile, and get to know your patients. My doctor Nguyen is awesome, it’s sad that I will not be going there again."
