"The Lab Tech was exceptionally skilled and attentive - I did not even feel the needle."
"Great place to go for lab work, and an appointment is highly recommended! Wait time was cut down to zero. The technician was excellent and drawing blood and I was out in five minutes."
"By far the worst and rudest place I've ever stepped foot in. Came to take a urine test, have never had to do this before so not sure what to do, absolutely no one was inside to help me figure it out. I knocked on the glass and the door for several minutes no one came. Someone finally showed up on the phone with someone, gave me the finger to wait then walked off. 3-5 minutes passed someone different comes outside tells me it's now passed 3:30 they won't test me. Even though I showed up before the close time and was WAITING ON THEM. Called them to complain and was lied to that I never knocked on the door that they would've heard me and I'm SOL. Then was hanged up on because I was trying to ask why no one would come out to help me."
"Reading the bad reviews makes no sense to me. I've been going to this Quest for 2 years, every 2 to 3 months to check my kidney work after my transplant. I've gone on with and without appointments. Never had a problem. Once in a blue moon a patient needs a little more time and I might have to wait a few minutes more but they're always apologetic. They're always nice and friendly to me but I'm also cheerful and nice to them from the moment they call me for my turn. When I sometimes wait on my car, the second I get the notification to go on in, I go in immediately. They have never skipped my turn. The tablets in the front to sign in are very easy and self explanatory. When an elderly person is having a hard time with it, I get off my chair and assist them because the lab technicians are in the back doing their job. I like the place. I go there with a good attitude and they always respond with a good attitude."
"I’ve always had great difficulty getting blood drawn. My veins easily collapse, roll or blood will simply stop flowing. I always need butterfly needles and often require multiple attempts from different technicians to get the smallest amount of blood."
