"We already know the wait times are long. With that said, we plan accordingly ahead of time with work. Dr. Farias is amazing and my wife and I will continue to bring our 8 month old and 3 year old to her!"
"I have been going to Dr Farias since my 11 year old son was born. I love her as a doctor but the wait times are extremely long, the front desk staff are rude, and it is just a hassle making the appointments and dealing with the office staff. Right now we have been 50 minutes for our appointment. I would highly recommend finding another doctor for these reasons."
"LOVE this office. The staff and doctors are wonderful. You should be aware that you must make appointments very early in the morning if you need to get in and out in a relatively quick amount of time. This office really takes the time with you to address any and every thing you might need to know about. The downside to that is they do that for everyone so by noon they are running behind. The doctor explained this to us on our first visit (which was a pre-natal interview visit). I can't say enough great things about Dr. Farias. Definitely a good fit for our family."
"We LOVE Dr. Farias. She has caught several issues and referred us to specialists - things we may have never noticed. Also, as a first time Mom, I feel like she treats ME every time we go in. She makes sure I am equipped as well as my child. I appreciate her thoroughness. And I've never waited more then 15 minutes past my appointment time."
"TL;DR Don't bother making an appointment unless you have 2 hours to kill. This place is ridiculous. We arrived for our appointment about 10-15 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. We waited, and waited and waited. The assistants at the front desks felt it appropriate to loudly bash another customer that called in for an appointment. I could hear them across the office, in the other waiting room. For the last 30 minutes that we were there, I was pacing the hallways, holding my 1 year old, who was fussy and tired of waiting. Not one person gave us a status update, and there was no one at the well visit front desk to even ask. Needless to say we left, and we will not be returning."
