"My husband has been coming here for years. I usually tag along with him and the wait time is ridiculous. It's comparable to hospital-level emergency rooms when it comes to the wait time. The front desk staff drops the ball a lot too. We have had many situations where another doctor was waiting for paperwork to be faxed /emailed from this office and it will take weeks. Within those weeks, I felt I had to constantly be on their case to check in and make sure they sent it. It needs some remodeling terribly. We keep coming back though because their doctors know their stuff. Dr Stephen's is our favorite. He is very knowledgeable and is always looking for new solutions for any issues we're having. I feel like he listens and he takes the best notes. They're very detailed and that has helped us extremely when we have had to see specialists. I brought a friend here recently to get a workup on some areas her doctor wasn't able to understand Dr. Stephen was able to get her a diagnosis and she's finally on the road to recovery but she had to wait hours after her originally scheduled appointment I had to talk her into staying because she was ready to leave after waiting around 3 hours. I understand. That's expected for emergency rooms but waiting 3 hours after a scheduled visit is just not good at all. So expect that if you come but the doctors are worth the insane scheduling"

"Went for a Dot physical on Monday. I’m giving two stars directly to the nurse that initially brought me back. Took my Bp and she said did you take your medication today and I said yes. She said well it’s 162/105 do you still want to go through with this. I said well yeah but that’s not right. Another nurse came in and took it and was 110/ 78. I’m pretty sure this lady has no idea how to take BP and was quite rude. If you don’t like your job or where you work go somewhere else. Situations like mine for dot can be stressful and people like you make it worse. Other that this I love the place. Dr Hughes is great."

"I took my 20 year old daughter in way to close to closing time... it was 7:45pm and they close at 8pm. Not one person seemed upset at a last minute walk in. Everyone was so caring and professional. We saw Rosa and Angie and Doctor Stevens (and a few other awesome ladies). I didn't get everyone's name I wish I had. My daughter was terrified. The care each one of them showed was above and beyond. I would love to have this doctor as my primary care. He was informative and gave options without pressure. If you are looking for somewhere to go for affordable care this is the place to go."

"The place is dirty and old , I ve going there cuz I don't have insurance and dr Hanby been my family doctor for over 6 years but when I need it to do my DOT card she is no longer do anymore so I had to select any that can do , long story short he wanted to take advantage and gives me 3 months instead of one year or two years to get more money out of me claiming that I have high blood pressure which I do and I'm taking medication from Dr Hanby and it's working. When I got back home I checked myself and it was 137/87 ...never go back there, it's all about money"
