"If a doctor or clinical staff here asks to schedule a phone appointment or tells you that they will give you a callback, immediately requests copies of your information and test results and go to a new doctor. They will not call you. If you try to call the office about this, you will wait on hold for 20+ minutes just for someone to tell you that they maybe might call you sometime in the next few days."

"Bad medicine! In addition to being essentially non-responsive to requests for appointments/prescription renewals, they are just not bothering to inform patients that they are going out of business (specialist are already gone). The web-based patient charts/results just simply disappeared without warning! Who does business this way?! Shame on them!"

"Absolutely unorganized joke! I have been a patient there for two years (Dr Walden) never even seen her before always different PA! Last appointment for physical suppose to be there 15 min early for paperwork i sat there an hour and half! Last 2 appointments they forgot to call my prescriptions in to pharmacy took 3 days to get blood pressure meds! the front office is a mess unorganized and unfriendly! If i could have given zero stars i would have they don’t deserve one star! Don’t choose this group!!!"
