"The people are fine. I am just so tired of how behind schedule they always are. I am now at 3 appointments in a row where I don’t see my doctor until an hour plus after my appointment time. I purposely scheduled the first apt of the day this last time so they wouldn’t be so behind and it was still over an hour after my appointment time. I understand doctors offices having some wait times, but I don’t want to be waiting well over an hour for a less than 10 minute physical every single time."

"Not sure what the bad reviews are about but I'm always treated with respect. I'm seen promptly after check in and my provider listens to my concerns and comes up with a great treatment plan. The facility is clean and never really crowded."

"This office bills you for services you never had done. I should have read the reviews before coming, looks like this is common practice for them. This place scams patients for money and puts in codes that do not reflect the services rendered and they expect payment. Calling to talk to anyone is a nightmare as you have to go through the call center and they send them a message and you play callback tag for weeks, IF they even call you. Avoid this place!!!!! Beware!!! Run!!!"

"I was in the market of looking for a new doctor. This location was close to my home and accepted my insurance. I called and made an appointment and even got a call the day before to remind me and make sure I still was going to be there. The day of the appointment I went to the office and when I was pulling in I received a call. I answered it and it was the doctor’s office telling me that I would need to reschedule. I went ahead and walked inside and the young girl behind the counter was extremely rude and had a I don’t care attitude. I then informed her that I understand that this situation was not her fault but if she would have a little empathy it would go a long way to resolve this issue. She continued with her attitude and I left the office with an appointment later in the week. I then got home and received a call from their office stating that they had a cancellation for 3 o’clock tomorrow. I said great I’ll take it. The following morning I received another call asking if I was going to make my 9:00 AM appointment for today. I informed the person on the phone that my appointment was for 3 that afternoon not 9 in the morning. She again said I don’t have you at 3 so you are not coming today then. I told her I guess not because it is now 9:10. I said I will just keep my other appointment. She then said that she did have another appointment for me. I read that this doctor is very good but her office staff is pathetic and that would keep me away and you should also think very seriously about going here. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Hope this helps one of you out looking for a doctor. We deal with the office staff on every visit but might only see the doctor every so often. They should be very good and understanding in their position. Mistakes happen and I can live with that but this amount and I’m not even a patient yet. STAY AWAY"

"I made an appointment for my daughter and arrived on time to find out the doctor was not taking new patients. I had discussed this with the person scheduling the appointment and received a voicemail the evening before verifying that we would attend the appointment. They could not offer a solution other than the doctor was not taking new patients. They blamed it on the call center they use, but it was someone from their office that called the evening before. I am really disappointed with how this situation was handled and the fact that they refused to take any responsibility for their mistake. I did my part. They did not follow through with their obligations with the appointment they scheduled for me."
