"THIS CLINIC : The girl who answers the phone is NON ATTENTIVE AND ACTS AS IF YOU ARE BOTHERING HER NO PERSONALITY AT ALL… AND THIS CLINIC HAS NO PSYCH DOCTORS ONLY STUDENTS AS THEY CALL THEM RESIDENTS ( THEY WILL TRY N CONVINCE YOU THAT THEY ARENT STUDENTS BUT THEY ARE N I DONT TRUST THEM AND THE ONLY PSYCH DR THEY HAVE THERE HE DONT SEE PATIENTS ( RED FLAG)….THE STAFF WILL MESS YOUR MENTAL HEALTH UP WITH THE REVERSE PSYCHOLOGICAL BS…I WAS TRYING TO BE A NEW PATIENT SMH I WENT BACK TO MY OLD CLINIC AT LEAST I GOT TREATED LIKE A PERSON THERE"

"I've been a patient with MHMR since last year sometime. I recently lost my mother in July and I have been reaching out to them to see about seeing a psychiatrist or even a therapist but I can't get my caseworker or anyone to call me back and it's been over a month. I call and they transfer me or say they are emailing someone to call me back but nobody ever calls. I am glad I'm not suicidal because if I was, it wouldn't be looking good for me since nobody seems to care to help."

"I have to disagree with those who have left negative reviews here. The MHMR Western Hills clinic is no different than any other government-funded enterprise, in that there are rules and requirements for all patients. Follow the rules, and you will have an easier road. Buck the rules, and you will have miserable frustration. But, that's your fault, not theirs! This place has helped me immensely since 2016. They are a blessing and I recommend anyone who struggles with dark thoughts of depression, anxiety, or anything else to reach out to them for assistance. They DO care. You have to GIVE respect to GET respect!"
